A spa event is when a party of 2 or more want to visit the Spa at the same time. Because spa events involve multiple people and multiple services, it is best to schedule them as far in advance as possible. We ask that these events be prepaid at least 2 weeks prior to the actual event and if a cancellation is necessary, the Spa needs to be notified at least one week prior to the scheduled time in order for a full refund to be received.
